Sonic Drive-in - Arlington

I went to this location since it's closer to my Dad's, he wanted food, I wanted a bag of ice, but was told they were currently not selling bags of ice.Food: 5/5

I had to go while I wanted to order. They took so long to take my order, then in the background the manager screamed at an employee outside! While I tried to order, the person who took my order was too distracted with the drama she didn't hear my order then rushed out and I said it wasn't and she said well what you want? With an attitude. Just a mess!

Worst place I have ever been to!!! All I wanted to order was a shake for my granddaughter and they could not even answer the red button! The car next to us that pulled in at the same time got answered immediately. This is the second time in a row that we were not acknowledged when pushing the button. We left both times and drove to the Bowen road Sonic where we got great service. Someone needs to take over little road store that knows how to manage a place of business! Do not go there.

Great place if you like paying almost $3 for a cup of ice with a little bit of Coca-Cola.

Went there 2 nights in a row and they messed up our order both times. guy taking order was not paying attention. ended up going to another Sonic and had great and friendly and accurate service
