Panera Bread - Arlington

Sip Club by Panera Bread is a very innovative idea. To get a fresh hot coffee and a bakery and to work has become a common thing for me. Very quiet and soothing ambience. The staff is very friendly. I'm here regularly. Always great experience

What can I say? Absolutely BLOWN AWAY in this place. Incredibly friendly staff and AMAZING quality and speed in service. This is my favorite place to eat and I come here 3 times a day for 5 days a week! Absolutely PHENOMENAL job!

I ordered a cup of noodle soup to go. Once at home, I discovered it was the whole broth. It had a noodle, two chicken pieces and a piece of carrot. So basically I paid $8.00 for chicken broth. Never again. I can go to Panera competitors and buy a comparable soup that is actually soup and not broth. One would think that the Panera servers can say that they serve their customers only broth.... pathetic.

I ordered from the pick two menu today and received an email that my order was ready for pickup fairly quickly. I get to the location and my bag is sitting on the shelf with just the free chips I requested with my order, my salad and my girlfriend’s soup. So I ask for my flatbread pizza and the turkey sandwich that went along with my pick two items and the Hispanic guy got irritated because I’m asking questions regarding my full order. By the way my order details was listed on my receipt that was attached to my bag. I’ve never had an issue with the Arlington location before. My girlfriend and I dine in all the time. Their service was truly awful today.

I have always enjoyed their fresh food, the quality and how unique their menu is, talkless of their fresh bakery and bread. Lately I’ve been enjoying the Sip Club, it’s a game changer since I love coffee, I can have as many coffees as I want a day.
