Mcdonald's - Arlington

The restaurant is usually okay, but they often get my order wrong and the wait in line is always long. On one occasion, I ordered two happy meals and a #10, but they forgot to include the chicken nuggets in my kid's meal. The line was too long to go back and get it fixed.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but the young lady working behind the counter was very polite and apologized for the delay. Even after receiving my food, she apologized again. Overall, great job! I unfortunately can't find my receipt, otherwise I would have liked to acknowledge the young lady by her name.

After 10pm, your options are limited to either Taco Bell or Whataburger, so I was pleasantly surprised by how good McDonald's was. The customer service was excellent, with a nice and friendly guy helping us out. Overall, a great experience at a fast food restaurant.
