Galaxy Hut - Arlington

Small hole in the wall dipped in arlington. the whole menu is vegan or can be made vegan and everything I had is delicious. the fried tofu nuggets, burrito and frickin huh are all winners. the vibe is casual and keyless, in contrast to many other bars in the opposite clientele skews on the older side (for the negborhood,) and not a vegan quantity. only omni enjoys the best bar in arlington.

Eating is always excellent I have tried more than half the menu at this point and no disappointments at all and eating is quite cheap for the quantities they receive and the quality. also many selections of different rotating beer and apple wines and they can get them in a goat or get a full pint when they know what they like. the place is 100% vegetarian and really they only have a few cheeses of udder juice, but in addition, eating is free from animals and really delicious. the atmosphere is so beautiful, they play in the rule a kind of VHS film and it is always good (or bad on a good wise) and great art and music playing. it is an absolutely magical place. I go back and forth when I can, they are late open and eating is great and they see a lot of regular workers hanging (if from the clock) so it is a good sign of the place is great. updated by previous rating on 2022-04-11

Galaxy Hut is THE BEST! I heard the owners have gone vegan. Totchos with chili and tempeh bacon are my favorite. They recently started offering a new cheese for it as well, they used to only offer Daiya Cutting Board Edition. I have never tried something on the Galaxy Hut menu that I did not like! (And that is saying a lot since I am picky and have tried most things on their menu) Updated from previous review on 2020-07-29 now that they do not have meat, I updated my review from the old four star max. This is my favorite dive bar to take vegans and non-vegans alike. Rotating beer menu, 90’s vibe dive bar, great vegan bar food. If ordering a vegan “meat” sandwich, just be explicit that it needs to be vegan. They’ve messed up my order once or twice.
