Daiquiri Depot - Arlington

This place is amazing, with great food and even better prices. Every time I was, the service was great. The drinks are also very strong and delicious!

The environment was a vibe but the food was ok, oxtails was kind of bland not well seasoned and more bone then meat. Mac and cheese was good, cabbage was very spicy and had a unpleasant sweet taste to it. Not picture worthy either. Yams were very good. Daiquiri was good as well. Outside table top was so Sticky and messy it was hard to want to sit there. Tables were in the sun and sticky as well.

Bad service. The food smells delicious, but I was next door and the helper behind the counter looked right over me and asked the next man in the line if he had been helped as she didn't even want to serve me. He led them back to me. I don't appreciate that. I'm a driver and I thought I'd make a quick stop. I just ordered Cornbread and it was cold? I'm sorry, everything about customer service. Never underestimate who you serve the young lady.

We came to the city yesterday from the WV/Northern VA area. I researched soul foods and black owners to support the locals while we are here. Please do yourself a favor and stop here!! You will not be disappointed!!

I visited yesterday or for the first time on the recommendation of the hotel staff. I ordered the roasted buffalo fish, Mac 'n cheese, sweet potatoes, green beans and cabbage. The fish was fried and perfectly seasoned. The sides were just as good, except for the cabbage. More interior seats are required. I'm waiting to try this peach cop. Customer service was very attentive and friendly. I can only imagine that this was the club before the club before the pandemic. I suggest you try this place.
