Burger King - Arlington

I always order the Impossible Whopper and love it! I have it made vegan by requesting no mayo and having it microwaved.

The staff was rude. I asked for fresh meat because the last time I was there the meat was cold. Food was ready to soon. So I touched the meat. It was cold. I asked them to re make my order and they refused. Drive thru person threw the receipt on the counter for my refund .Was more worried about getting the cup back then satisfying a customer. The manager refused to give me a name and number of a person employed by Burger King that cared about customer service.

This location has a very rude manager named edeina. I asked for more ranch, i had 3 meals was only provided one. She gave me one more i asked if i could have one more she said no that it would be 27 cents more even though i had only been provided with one the first time. The point here is she was very rude about it. Their is other ways of responding to things. She also proceeded to talk about me the situation with one of her employees which she didn’t know i would catch because i was on my way back to ask for her name to ask if she was the manager. Very ugly unprofessional.

I visit the place at almost 11pm 12/1/2023 I get excellent treatment costumer service fro young man I ask his name mr. Romero good

One of the best burger kings I have had in a while. Thank you guys.
