Bozzelli's Italian Deli-crystal City

We are here twice in two days. they have wein, beer, ipas, the best cake and the most delicious food. pizza, huh and parm, everything is good. returned at 845 and closed at 9 and we are happy to eat. familiesix stars!

With a small group for a quick dinner in crystal city stopped. I had cheese pizza and carrot cake. dessert was big enough to share. everyone in our group found something and it was all good. I went back in the next night for another cheese pizza. light and crispy crust, good sauce, will come again definitiw when I am in the opposite.

The cheese steak or steak sandwich or whatever they call it here is the best cheese steak I’ve had in decades. So good. They also have an awesome beer selection and friendly staff. Highly recommend

I have ordered from here several times and had a great experience. However, today was a different story. Had problems ordering through my phone this time. Had to order online (PC). No comment field on the POS for special instructions. Went to pick up the order and no one asked if I needed help. I asked if my order was on the completed order rack and I was ignored. Waiting a good time past the due time and finally had to get the attention of the staff members to check for my order. My order was ready in the kitchen area on top of the oven. I was given my pizza and there was no thank you or sorry for the wait. I will not be recommending this establishment in the future. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
