Boston Market - Arlington

This place is amazing! The restaurant was spotless and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The rotisserie chicken was cooked to perfection.

I ordered a whole chicken and a pot pie from DoorDash and unfortunately, the chicken was burnt and the meat was tough and inedible. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, and the pot pie was also unappetizing. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It's a shame that Boston Market may not care, but I feel it's important to note that the food was absolutely awful.

This is beyond disappointing to say the least and the pot pie was nasty as well. I will not be eating from here again. I'm sure Boston market doesn't care but just know the food was TERRIBLE!!!!

This used to be my favorite place to eat. I've been coming here for the last several years. According to Google I've been here over 130 times in the past 2 years, but I will no longer support this establishment with my patronage. The service and food is below one star but that is as low as I can go. Boston Market has lost a customer.

I had a very negative experience on 7/14/22 at 7:02 pm. The manager taking orders was also using a dustpan to pick up trash and did not wash her hands before putting her fingers inside a container and taking money. I believe that anyone handling food should use gloves or wash their hands.
