Chardon - Arles

A lunch full of flavors! The restaurant is in a quiet little street. The teams are adorable. The menu at 35€ in three absolutely delicious moments. And a lot of surprises too... Nice to have tasted the chef's kitchen in the residence Numa Muller.

I have come to Chardon every year since 2017, and I have never been disappointed, neither by the chef(fe) in the residences, nor by the wine blow! One of my great happiness in Arles.

Excellent dinner! The dishes are original, neat, amazing (the special lion for the BBQ cucumber, a real surprise). We had a good time, we liked the alternatives proposed when we don't eat fish. Nice selection of wines. Good value for a table that comes out of the ordinary.

Very nice place to test preferably at the counter or terrace. We ate very well, a varied menu with seasonal products, local products, products due to quantity and worked from several angles. The meeting/wine agreement is reflected (which feels) between the heads of residence and the sommelier. We feel the urge to emphasize what the South has best in every era, in a modern and surprising way. The idea is to avoid what has been agreed and bring us to an astonishing simplicity. A clear line of work, striking wines and a real desire to do well. Bravo!

Excellent surprise menu, very harmonious from beginning to end. Each dish contains small surprises whose composition is not necessarily explained in full by the waitresses (also effective and dedicated), do not hesitate to ask them for more details! Places in a little tight but we booked late, and were already happy to have a place
