It is a beautiful place and very well located, but I was a little disappointed in some things. My husband bought a romantic package in which we felt cheated. We didn't complain about the day because we didn't want to spoil our moment. The package included 2 pieces of cake that did not exist, a box of chocolates that we did not see and breakfast in the room, which was not what was requested, as well as tickets to the spa, which we did not use because our 2-year-old daughter could not enter. Very beautiful hotel on the edge of a stream in the Pyrenees mountains. Very friendly welcome, beautiful comfortable room, clean and spacious. Amazing stay!! Very well received, great staff, a magnificent structure. Amazing room and very clean. Good atmosphere and several nice activities (bowling, singers, Spa).
