Very good mix of flavors, with season dishes sought after. I strongly recommend. It's exquisite!

Bistronomy. for the little story... back to argelès after 2 years of absence, we went to the cayrou, to our great disappointment it was definitely closed, but very fortunately to open the quest further ... what enthusiasm to find, the cook in a brand new concept, bistronomy, to regale our taste buds... accompanied by a super team to the top. their culinary creations are served in a shared format, depending on the seasons, with each meal and boiled an explosion of flavors in the mouth... a delight to the end. Feel free to cross the door, to spend an excellent time, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and think to book before to have a table. Thank you to all 3, for this sharing of flavor.
