Really pleasant and helpful and friendly staff at this location. of course they have the same choices as pretty well every other Carvel. again, you know the quality you're getting before you get in the door.
The hot fudge sumdae was lousy. The kid making it made it again and fouled it up the second time. I?ve been coming to this Carvel for over 50 years and it has gone downhill dramatically. It?s a shame because it?s a half a mile from where Tom Carvel lived.
It is so sad that a place that was redone so nicely has such poor taste in management. I?ve gone there MULTIPLE TIMES just to be treated like an incovenience to the manager. He has an attitude every time we go in there, which is usually 2-3 hours before they close. He turns the machines off HOURS before closing (This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions). The last time I went in there he didn?t say one word to me while taking my order which was extremely disrespectful so I asked
This is one of the best Carvels I've been to. If you ever went to this location before it was taken over by new owners, you might never go back. The old store had a leaking ceiling and was not particularly clean. It also shared space with Subway. Not the new Carvel. It's sparkling, clean, and very well staffed. It's family owned and you will often see family members working there alongside their employees. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
