The staff overheard that today was a guest's birthday, and I watched them make extra efforts to make sure it was a special day! The food is always delicious and the manager is super hospitable.Food: 5/5

I ordered a pick up order so I drove to the window. Upon arriving, the employee working the window slid the window open and she didn’t say a word, just stared at me. I said “Hello, I have a pick up order for “. She hands it to me and I drive home. Once home I noticed there was no salad dressing for my salad in the box. The few times I have been inside, it was very clean and a nice atmosphere. I know it’s hard to come by employees, but their customer service and order preparation could definitely use some improvement.

We had a party of 5, and the manager refused to open the other section so we could sit together. I ordered tortilla soup, which ended up being glorified cheese soup watered down with 2 pieces of chicken in it. I won't be back.Food: 2/5

I came in for lunch today to grab a quick bite to eat. One lady greeted me as I entered the store, making me feel welcome. Once I got to the counter to place my order, that welcomed feeling subsided. I felt as if my presence were an inconvenience, and not worth the staff’s time, nor effort. There were no smiles, upbeat attitudes; no effort to make the environment- or my experience, a positive one. To add to this, my sandwich was thrown together without care. I asked for a little extra mayo and honey mustard, but instead my sandwich was drenched in both sauces. It was so difficult to eat without making a mess. I understand having a bad day, or not wanting to be at work, but that doesn’t mean paying customers should have to be neglected.

Wow! What an amazing experience. Stopped coming from OKC on the way to Ft Worth, and let me say their customer service is AMAZING. As my sister and I ate, we got asked not once, not twice, but 7 TIMES if everything was good! As we walked out the door, we were asked one more time if we needed anything and I decided to make it worth their time and all the times they asked so I hurried and drank my water and they ran outside to give me a refill. They brought me it to the car and even added a lemon wedge. Wow. They also asked me if I needed anything else. 10/10.
