Chili's - Ardmore

Food is classic Chili?s, just what you?d expect. Service is always lacking. I?ve given this place so many chances, and for the past two years or three years it?s just been so much to be desired. Half the time their are plenty of open tables, they justdon?t have enough wait staff to work them.

The food and service has been great. I usually sit at the bar and have no trouble ordering a full meal. However, the bathroom reminds me of an episode of hoarders. I have been here multiple times and there have been no paper towels, the sink hasa faucet that barely hangs on and it stinks every time.

The food was very good and the server was super nice too. Well my husband's steak was really fatty is what he said. I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and those are always delicious.

Another great experience at Chili's. We went super early for dinner and nobody was there!

Worst experience ever! Walked in barely anyone in the restaurant was told 25 min wait. Waited over 35 min when finally seated waitress was so caught up in conversation with people behind us about dogs took her 12 min to even come get drink/food orderwaited 28 min for food then additional 13 min for drinks. Food was over cooked and was never informed out of certainingredients, chicken tasted like it just came out of bag of frozen chicken no seasoning and rice was well over cooked. Thefloors were sticky and had a wet dog smell in the restaurant. Will never return to this particular location
