Went to hibachi express to celebrate our anniversary late. First off the lady taking the order had a snotty attitude, fine whatever maybe she isn 't having a great day, I 've been there. So I let that go. I ordered no onion in my plate, they wrote no onion on the box, so what do they do? Load it with onions. I call and make it known they messed up. Their response you ask? What do you want me to do about it? I spent decent money there and that 's how I 'm treated? Cool cool, I won 't be back. Food was prepared when I got there(20 min after called in @5pm) the portion is huge, the food was hot, and exactly what I had ordered. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
