Mcdonald's - Archbold

If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, and quick fast food restaurant, you found the place! The staff is well-trained and service is friendly. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Always a good go-to when needing a quick and convenient meal.

This McDonalds location is a joke. They have a bunch of untrained high school kids who can't take simple drive-thru orders correctly, the fountain drink machine inside was malfunctioning (told them, they didn't care), The food I ordered was cold. The fries tasted like they'd been left out for 3 days and then reheated.. and the container wasn't even full! (See pic). I didn't even look at my sandwich... I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Food was fresh but it was about a ten minute wait, and they only gave one sauce packet, but that's alright the food was still good for McDonald's.

In town for a wrestling tournament and needed to get something to eat before I got back on the road to head home. While it would have been nice to hit up something local and sit down and eat, the drive thru behind the golden arches told me I would be on my way quickly and I would know what to order. As I came in on an off time; not breakfast, lunch, or dinner rush; they were a little slow but I did get fresh fries and reasonably fresh chicken mcnuggets. The girl at the window was friendly and apologized for the delay for fresh fries. I had one car ahead of me and it was an eight minute wait from order to pulling out of their parking lot. No problems giving a positive review and recommending McDonalds to anyone that lives in Archbold or is just passing through.

Awful! Stopped in at 10:30 pm and the speaker said their store was closed, left then called and they're actually open until 11pm. Went back and again the speaker said their store was closed but after if repeated itself twice I was greeted with a very rude voice telling me to wait. Not the first time their customer service has been terrible. It took 15 minutes to pay and get food and then the meat was red and cold in the middle with a terrible soggy bun! Unacceptable! Wish there were more options in Archbold.
