After visiting the thermal baths, we treated ourselves to an overnight stay and ate there. The food (noodles with shrimp and chicken skewers with peanut sauce) was tasty and plentiful, the service friendly and attentive. Gladly again! Been here with one of the cycling routes of Happen en Trappen. After we had reported, we were allowed to choose a spot and sit outside. After we had chosen our main course, we didn't have to wait too long before we could eat. The food was delicious and the service was great, the waitress was super friendly and full of energy . After we had finished our food and drink we could get back on the bike on our way to dessert.

Always had to wait a very long time for service. Constantly passing you by. Pity Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Fish board and meat board (sort of 12 hours) taken. Fish was accompanied by a bisque. Got tomato soup without consultation. Was exchanged for asparagus soup after a complaint because they had no bisque. It was both a mockery for that money. Croquettes (both beef and shrimp) were lukewarm, soup (both) very dirty and bread was old and bone dry. Salad was a mockery. Tip? Good food? Go to the monastery farm on the park itself. Same menu but apparently different cook and much nicer and tastier. Still eating at the source? Then take a bitter garnish. Not much can go wrong with that..

We ordered a carpaccio and a beef burger. And a gin tonic and a cava. The drinks were delicious. As well as the carpaccio. However, the burger looked and tasted a bit like a standard chip shop burger. This was a bit of a shame. Quite expensive. But enjoyed it.
