Bidrage med feedbackI don't usually eat at round table but this was a stop along the way of a lo g road trip. The staff was so nice, and the pizza was better than I expected. I would definitely eat here again if I was back in the area.
Don 't do business with Round Table Pizza anymore! If you encounter any sort of issue with an order, nobody at the store is authorized to issue a refund anymore. They have to request a manager to contact you at some other time about your concern. It 's been almost two months since I spoke with the store supervisor, and submitted an online complaint. Their Managers can 't be bothered to contact me, and no issued refunds. They 've cut corners on service, cut corners on quality, out sourced delivery to doordash and it 's still the most expensive pizza in town. Update: they responded to my review with a response with a request to email them to give them a chance to respond. It has now been two weeks since I sent that email, and no response from them at all. Apparently even their attempt to fix poor reviews is a joke. They make ZERO attempt to fix any of their mistakes EVER!
I live nearby and these guys work hard they're always polite and on point. I went in tonight and the tip jar was not on the counter. I was looking around for it and the person working there politely told me that the tip jar was not permitted furthermore. That person didn't say anything else, they weren't complaining but I think the manager should reconsider this decision, it's good for business and people like to tip for good service. It's simple. I worked at baskin-robbins, my first job, there was not much pay. Someone convinced the owner to let us put a tip jar out and it was clearly good for business. People like to work hard and people like to tip, it's not complicated.
Way too expensive for what you get. Almost $30 for a large pizza is insane. It was good pizza, but it wasn't that good, and certainly not worth what they charge. I think they stay in business because there are a lot of hotels in the area and not many other places to get food, so they rely on desperate tourists that pay the exorbitant prices. It's one step up from Pizza Hut, but this is not an artisan pizza, and it was sloppily cut and thrown in the box. A $10 Costco pizza tastes about the same and the presentation is a lot better.
Again the employees don't want to work it's a simple customization but they just don't want to do it lazyyyyyyy
