An exceptional experience. We took the chef's signature menu and what a pleasure. 4 dishes of the ordinary both by the visual and by the gustative. What a talent Michel Idiart deserves the Michelin star. I think he deserves a second. I'll be back.

A very good time of gastronomy thanks to an exceptional table and a high-end service. Super dressages that highlight the products of the region. Only happiness in a rural setting, relaxing and adorable. A Michelin star widely deserved!
