Taste Sushi - Arcachon

Delightful variations on classics. Excellent noodle dishes, not always found in other restaurants. A pleasant service in a quiet place.

The best restaurant of sushis/makis/temakis/futomakis/rolls... never tested in France (comparable at the restaurant Kaiseki in Paris 15 but prices stand and very affordable)! The flavors of Japan have found and the delicateness of the presentation that goes hand in hand... Just magical... The leader is a real pro but also plays creativity (bravo the futomakis have fried my big blow)! The map is very rich, but everything is prepared minute in accordance with the tradition of sushi. Soft, mellow and crispy textures... see a real miso soup, the lacquered eel is delicious, the melted sashimis are housed with shiso and daikon radish vermicelles! A restaurant that will speak to the connoisseurs but will also seduce the neophytes because everything is very tasty. We finally found our little tokyoite bubble on the basin!

Great variety of products and excellent quality!! In an elegant and chic setting! Great pleasure for eyes and taste buds! A pure happiness! I hope to come back soon.

We return a little by chance, starved by hunger, while we crawl the small confidential streets adjacent to the market. We must be back for conviction! The service is impeccable, the portions copied and presented with a small refined aesthetic touch that makes all the difference. But above all, flavors are at the rendezvous, subtle, unpublished, proof of a very high quality of products. Come on, this restaurant deserves a great success!
