Soffio Di Vento - ARBUS

Very nice place on top of the mountain where we received a warm and kind welcome although the kitchen was closed for the afternoon. The dishes were simple but delicious. There is enough space to be able to breathe even when you come with a noisy family. Our 3 kids enjoyed their dolce!

This restaurant is on the outskirts of Arbus, a small village up the mountains of Sardinia's Costa Verde. To get there you have to be ready to go for a rough drive up those mountains, but it's definitely worth it. The restaurant is difficult to find, so ask people in the village for directions. As for the food, it's simply great: the chef, a woman, will offer you typical Sardinian dishes excellently cooked. She's also a nice, hearty person to chat with.
