Pino's Pizza - Appomattox

I have been a regular at Pinos for years I was always pleased with the food and the service, but tonight they wouldn't remove an order of fries from my bill that I did not order, so I told them I would not be returning. It's not the money. I'm a man of principle and it seems to me to be a lot cheaper to remove an order of French fries than to lose a regular customer of over 4 years. Their loss not mine

Pinos use to be really good! I don't know what happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times. Their pizza is cold and the toppings are uncooked and not enough of them. They are skimpy on the cheese as well. The cheese steaks, which I use to love is horrible.No meat and all bread. I also had a pasta meal and was cold and not good. When I went to pay they did not care about making it right only defending themselves by saying, well everyone else seems to like it we got no complaints tonight. There won't be a 4th visit! Im done! Don't bother to go to Pinos if you want a great meal as you will be disappointed!!

My wife and I were in town that day and decided to go and try pinos in appo. and were not happy at all. I orderd wings and cordon blue and my wife got cheese fries.The wings were stringy and tasteless and the chicken on the blue was a small strip over cooked and leathery and the cheese on her fries was one big glob of greesy waxy cheese.The food was not edible. I mentioned it when we were paying and they didnt even offer to correct the bill. If you get a chance to eat there .....Dont waste your time or money...that place is a f& #ing joke!!!

Food is good. Be specific on your order or you may not get everything you are suppose too, like tomatoes or cucumbers in a salad, etc. They do not bring you a check, so you can not look over your bill ahead of time for accuracy. Be careful and watch when they ring it up. They are famous for overcharging people!
