Mcdonald's - Appleton

When I was paying had someone named bubbles come to the window and in a angry attitude ask if my order was ok!? Then just turned around and slammed the door. Not quite sure what that was about..?

When we left with our grandchildren, an employee which I think was a Manger stepped outside the door and started smoking by the entrance. What an image to remember for the customers who were coming and going. Will never be back to your location.

The entire store was a mess from the overflowing outside garbages to the bathrooms. Even the soda station was disgusting. Your shoes litterally stick to the floor. It wasn 't busy, and we had been sitting in the car for a while before we went in, and it wasn 't busy for a while. The staff, especially the older women running around, was insanely rude. Didn 't greet us as she gave us our food, instead barked at me that the soda cups were by the kiosks and it wasnt their job to get them and stormed off. Asked for ketchup cups since they were empty, she said theyre out there ... which i followed with if they were I wouldn 't be standing here. She looks around me and then grabs a fist full of packets and says just take these and proceeds to yell at the staff behind her about where ever someone was (assuming the person assigned to loddy). Coming from a previous McDonald 's manager, the entire visit was unacceptable. This store is the only one in the area (from what i saw) that has a play area... thankfully, my kids were also pretty grossed out by the store that we all decided the playland sounded like a bio hazard. This store needs an overhaul. The food was ok, at least....

Absolutely zero standards in their play area. As I sit here with my 2 year old watching her play a family of 6 comes in and makes themselves at home. They’ve got 4 kids and a total of zero socks. They have a toddler with no pants just a diaper climbing and sliding all over the playground and another kid in a highchair shirtless.

They used to have a 5 piece chicken nugget for a buck. While I realize prices have gone up substantially, getting four half of the sized nuggets for 2.29 was hard to swallow. Well actually, I swallowed the four very small morsels in one bite each. Pathetic. It might just be that McDonald's, as that hasn't happened at other McDonald's.
