Bidrage med feedbackI went to Chipotle and, despite DoorDash saying my order was ready, the restaurant had no record of it in their system. However, the staff at Chipotle quickly resolved the issue. Unfortunately, we had to wait 50 minutes for our food after being told it was ready. Overall, Chipotle did a good job of trying to rectify the situation.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. Half of my order was missing - no chips, guacamole, and the quesadilla I ordered was the smallest and saddest portion I've ever seen for $13. It only had the tortilla and cheese, missing the sides it was supposed to come with. I expected better from Chipotle.
The Chicken Burrito Bowl had very little chicken, the fajita peppers were undercooked, and the medium salsa was applied too generously, making it taste more like hot salsa. I will reconsider ordering from this restaurant in the future.
My entire order was incorrect. Most of the ingredients were missing and I was forced to pay for a terrible salad. The only option given to resolve the problem was a $4 credit. Terrible customer service.
You never know what youre going to get as far as quality and if they are going to get your order right. Last time I ordered large chips and queso the cup of queso was barely half full and the chip bag was full. This time full cup of queso and probably half the amount of chips than I got last time. Otherwise foods good, just depends on who is making your order that day.
