Agriturismo Colleverde - Apiro

Colleverde 's an old favourite with people in nearby Apiro. Local marchegiana cooking, all good especially, I think, the gnocchi and the tagliatelle. Before the meal you can wander out and let the bracing country air give an edge to your appetite. There 's a fabulous view down to the bridge over the lake far below. The only problem with Colleverde is finding it. Leave Apiro by the road going towards Frontale, driving slowly. After about half a kilometre or so, you 'll see a little yellow sign pointing left, up a narrow track, with Colleverde written on it. Go up that track for four or five hundred metres and you 'll find the restaurant on the left. Prices very reasonable. Best to ring before and tell them you 're coming, especially when there 's a a public holiday.

After discovering the farm Colleverde a couple of summers ago, we repeated this pleasant experience also in autumn, to reocillarci after a morning walk in the nearby beech forest. as the title of our review says, here time seems to have stopped. and we add fortunately! the dishes offered are typical of the Marche cuisine, such as wild boar tagliatelle, baked pasta, gnocchi, polenta, mixed grill, rabbit, porcellino, etc...Gustosi and abundant, are indicated by the waiters. the service is informal and fast, the price contained and basically in line with our expectations. literally respect the anti covid rules, personal with mask, igienizzante gel present, plenty of space between the tables and the control of the green passage. Fortunately in our beautiful Marche hinterland there are still places like this!

Lunch of old goliardi delighted by the beautiful hospitality, simple but efficient. excellent appetizers with appetizing focaccia, good first with some imagination, typical meat well cooked, delicious beef. account proportioned to abundant aroma, with wine at will, of good level and coffee and final liqueurs.

Beautiful place, great service, very kind staff, homemade cuisine, homemade pasta and you feel, spectacular noodles ragù and great also the rest. discovered by chance, to recommend and definitely to return, we really spent a beautiful Sunday.

We stayed at lunch on Saturday, arrived late (verse 14.30) did not make us any problem for the moment. Friendly staff great food and super plentiful portions! We will definitely come back!! Service: 4 Location: 4
