I have an online order to 18:29 clock (6:30 per printed reception), online said it would be ready to 18:49 clock. I looked up at 6:47 in the restaurant and waited for a few minutes (it was someone in front of me who gave a job). I gave my name and was told that they packed it.at 7:13, not eating yet. around 7:18 (49 minutes after my order, 27 minutes late for 2 burgers, an salate, wings and pasta) food comes out. I was almost gone before I noticed an article was missing. I explain the problem of the hostess, and explained that I have no time to wait for the wings, I would like to make a refund for her please not make her, the host informs a manager who comes 5 minutes later and says she can 't give me a credit because I order online and is about to ask my address to send me a gift card. pause. I have paid, you can't give me my money back, or a gift card in front of location. They want to write my personal data on a receipt paper? not appropriate. on a page note, if people ask themselves, no I have not screamed, not cursed, yes, I have left a 20% tipp, did not get my missing food, or my money back, so that I literally had to eat the mistake they made, not in my book.
This has gone into our families if we simply have no special taste in the sense and we do not want to spend $100 for 3. That was our first visit, with one Saturday afternoon, not overcrowded. the waiter was first prompt. I ordered chicken philly with fries, my wife ordered a grundburger with kartoffeln. eating came out immediately and everything was very good, sans pommes. waiter said he did not want to keep the rest of the food, so he brought back the 11 old, cold pommes with the promise, short with fresh boiled. quickly after twenty minutes ago, when he returned to the table for the first time with well overdue beverage refills (only tee, nothing complicated, he asked if we wanted to delete the table. it wasn't until I said something about the pommes that he realized he forgot me. he offered to have made some for me to take home (what purpose would they serve? but did not offer to have deducted the side from the bill. I didn't forget his tipp. I left a note with my number to call the manager. this is due to insufficient training and personalization. the datei and forgotten method of administration is a failure and disappointment. the waiter concentrated on a four top outdoors that bought a lot of alcohol, better tip and opportunity for eyes sweets, the experience in the perspective. mediocrity does not usually attract long-term customers, perhaps that is the demographic focus of their business model. First time ordering here. I had onion rings, chicken tenders and cornbread.The onion rings were too big for me. I didn't like them. The chicken tenders tasted real good. And the corn bread was good, it tasted like grandma's but it's thick like a cake slice.Overall it was ok. Would purchase again.
