The first order was simply not ringed and then we got the blame for the delay. Name and address were mentioned. The food was accordingly cold and we got cold sayings. Some time later we ordered again. You're supposed to give second chances. Unfortunately, incorrect dishes were delivered. Again, the blame was given to us, we had expressed ourselves unequivocally. This time an exchange of dishes was offered. And then it happened over two hours... NOT. It may have been stressful and mistakes are known to be human, but unfortunately not recommended due to these experiences.
