Total disappointment ordering on the Ifood app practically three hours late, first and last time I order from this pizzeria. I'm even scared when the cold pizza and hot soda order arrives

We placed our order through Ifood, the estimated delivery was for 9:20 pm at 9:46 pm we called on chat and they informed us that they had estimated deliveries in 70 minutes... we waited... at 10:37 pm I called the pizzeria to find out where ours was I ordered and was informed that it hadn't even left for delivery and was still waiting for the motorcycle courier... total lack of respect for the customer. Without even warning about the delay...

ALREADY WAS BETTER! I usually order a special pepperoni on the weekends, it was a good pizza at a decent price. Today I made the same order again but after 40 minutes of waiting I UNFORTUNATELY received a special RAW border. The pizza had no flavor due to the LACK of pepperoni and the edge was 2 FINGERS THICK. It 's very sad to see the quality of a place you liked DROP A LOT, I also didn 't receive as good service as usual, I hope this message reaches the owner. MY DOG THANKS YOU.
