Horrible business, please do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere. Charged my son extra because he paid with card and also over charged him for his food. I understand this is illegal, but we'll see what the credit card company say. A chicken goujon meal is £6.50 on their website which includes chips, a dip and a drink. This corrupt guy charged my son £8.15 because he paid with a card for chicken goujons, chips and a dip. These people don't deserve business if this is how they treat customers.Just in case you think this was a mistake on their part, I gave them an opportunity to fix the issue, they didn't and they wouldn't even give me a receipt.I really hope you are proud of yourselves Milano. Taking advantage of young people will come back on you.

Very friendly owner and staff, have had several different verities of food, always excellent, please don't listen to the 1 starers if they can't leave a comment on why they give 1 star reviews then obviously you can't take them seriously. THIS PLACE IS EXELENT

Milano's Chippy in Crumlin is the worst chippy I have ever been to. I ordered fish and chips for my family as a treat, but was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. After waiting 45 minutes and having to call them to inquire about the delay, the food arrived. The chips were reheated multiple times and inedible, while the fish was severely overcooked and tasted rancid. The excessive amount of batter made it seem like the fish was larger than it actually was, but it was clear that this was just a cover-up for the poor quality. When we tried to voice our complaint, the owner denied any wrongdoing and eventually withdrew an offer to replace part of the order. It is clear that Milano's Chippy does not care about serving quality food, and I would warn others against eating there.

Horrible people, horrible food. These people don't deserve your business. Overcharged my son for food and made him pay a fee for paying by card. Food itself was greasy and poor quality.

Was on holiday, dog sitting and after walking along Crumlin Glen came across this place. As I'd dog couldn't go in so I asked if I could order from the door. Staff were so helpful and friendly. My Pastie Supper was huge and v tasty. Ate it back at the Glen carpark.
