Riverview Lodge - Antioch

We didn’t stay for our reservation. The floor was so dirty and they when they sat us down, 10 mins and no waiter came to greet us or give us water. There were flys everywhere. We just had to leave.

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.. our waiter was very knowledgeable with the menu and gave us the best food and beverage recommendations.

Service is lacking, make sure you are not in a hurry to eat a meal. Noise level is high which at time makes it difficult to hold a conversation. However, the food is tasty! For this reason I will continue to frequent this establishment.

They were very accommodating for a birthday party. For a party of 7 the food was an overall 9.0/10 (and I think I just ordered wrong lol). The drinks were very over priced but they’re bottomless mimosas are very reasonable. And I want to try their happy hour and see how that is. The only truly bad thing is they do Not answer the phone. But like I said they were accommodating and flexible once we arrived so that’s good. And the scenery is great of course.

If I can only give a zero. The worse service ever. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for every entree. We have to get our own condiments, utensils and to go boxes and bag. Water wasn’t even refilled had to ask multiple times and when we finally found someone to refill she had an attitude because it wasn’t her assigned table to serve. Mushroom is missing on an entree, server only asked if we are ok a couple of times one right after we put in an order and when they had a switch of assigned table oh and the third time the server made sure we paid for our meals. I know this place is always busy but it is too obvious that our server neglected our table and that this place can do better making sure that everyone gets service on a timely and fair manner. I will not recommend nor coming back to this place again. You can try for yourself, it’s your choice. This is my experience and yours might be different.
