Safeway Liquor - Anthem

I cannot say enough amazing things about the people who work on the safeway every time I pick up my order they always take care of me great I love this safeway I will drive extra to buy here!!

That's long, but I hope a manager reads the problem I explain in the second paragraph. I believe it is justified to discuss with employees for the future. I like the Anthem Safeway. I appreciate how their inventory is always pulled forward in the shelves, so I don't have to do bending and queues to see what's left of a particular article. I like it has a large selection without being the size of a football field, so I can get some articles without taking the better part of an hour. I always find the production department well sorted and fresh. And the help in the seafood department is excellent- no matter who waits for me, they are ready to ensure that I exactly what I want in the weight I need. Today I was shocked by something that happened while I was in self-control. It was busy in the branch and all lines were full of people waiting. No big thing - after work / before dinner time is usually busy. I wait in self-control; two people were in front of me, and other people began to stand behind me. But instead of blocking the main course, the people behind me were on both sides what made a T. You followed who was next, and we even talked a little bit about how busy it was. Then a young woman who spoke on her phone came and stood behind me. The older gentleman on one side of the T explained the young woman very nicely that he was behind me and that the line was formed on both sides. I realized that he was nice and thought that she didn't notice how the line was, because she was so sharpened in her call, and just didn't want her to wait and lose her potential place in the line. This woman... I have no other way to explain this... went to this man. She yelled at him and told him to make up his own business that she can stand anywhere she wants, and he's lucky that wasn't two years ago, because then she would really get up in his face and he'd really blah blah. She left the F bomb to the right and left. Everyone has heard them; you couldn't hear them! Everyone in self-control tried to ignore; the 8-10 people stared in accordance with the service counter and the poor Lord did not know what to do. I felt bad, but I didn't want to say anything to act on the woman. I would normally not discuss with Yelp my concerns with Safeway, but the service desk was super busy with a very long line. So I tried to call the store three times after I came home and couldn't get through. (A few times after the call processing went through all the numbers for me to choose for different departments, no matter how often I met 8, it would say that it did not receive my answer and then back to the beginning! At least it was disturbing to leave a woman behind me while I checked out. Most, honestly, it was a little scary. I think an employee would have prompted a manager to fix the situation or leave the woman.

Outstanding service by David in the pick-up service. About care for custo ers needs. Even with problems when it comes to keeping everything where David is going out of his way to find out what customers want. Every problem he will refund money you have paid for items that do not meet expectations. Just hope David stays so I know everything is good in Safeway pickup service.

Not sure that the girls’ names at the counter are back from bakery, but I tried to take some of the smaller slices of bread, which are usually packed for a dip, they are actually offered to take one of the breads and cut it for me very rarely to find people offer to go over and over these days!!!! Thank you.

I love this Safeway's bakery! for one jasmin always does a amazing job finding everything i need and is always friendly. second, i'm not sure who helped me this day but over the summer (in july) i ordered a cake a few days before i needed it for my moms surprise birthday party, the cake caught me by surprise as it was delicious and very well decorated. if you need a cake or anything made for an event/ birthday definitely come to this safeway!!! ps. they are much better then walmart!
