Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Freddy's used to be special. I even once rated them 5 stars. The I came to Anthem. Management at Freddy's do you know the Kids have taken over this location. Go Friday Night and you will see, I have never seen an Adult behind the counter. Only Teenagers kicking trash on the floor while they chit chat. Absolutely horrible and I will not return.

There was a hair in my burger. I returned to the drive thru and was yelled at because he wanted me to go inside for a refund. I was not able to. He had major attitude, never even apologized for my ruined meal. I did get the refund. Also, I contacted corporate and they were very kind in responding to me. So perhaps the service will improve.

I will never buy from Freddy 's ever again. Recieved a portion of my returned burger through doordash, kinda sorta, not really. I received a burger that had burnt hair inside of my burger.... I will never go back to this establishment ever again. The other person attached to this order could not even eat their meal after what was found in the others burger. Absolutely disgusting.... $35 plus tips and fees literally thrown into the trashcan. I will NEVER eat here again. Disappointed and straight up grossed out.

They were very nice. The customer service was very good. I added another order at the pickup window. They were awesome about it, had me pull around to the back, and it was brought out faster than I thought. Everything I ordered was correct.The cheeseburgers and fries are really yummy!

First time at Freddy's, being from PA. Burgers are top notch delicious and skinny cut fries were surprisingly great! I prefer a thicker French fry but these were really good. Clean place inside and pretty fast service. Def
