Starbucks Coffee - Ansonia

I went to Starbucks today and this lady didn’t do my drink the way I wanted and also it was a bad attention they give I’m really disappointed

I've been patronizing this Starbucks for eleven years, now I work there. But, not playing favorites, the baristas are great. The Ansonia Starbucks is caring for the community and embrace them all. Keep it up

This is the worst place where I’ve ever paid $20 for a drink, and it’s never made correctly. They serve lukewarm drinks that are supposed to be hot, with more foam than actual liquid, and they taste like nothing at all. Honestly, you could make this at home in your own kitchen. Half the staff just seem annoyed when taking orders. It's really disappointing.

What's going on? They can't seem to make a decent coffee to save their lives. There was no communication, and they made the wrong coffees before mine, as well as messing up my order. I tried to clarify what I ordered, but it didn't help.

This is a really laid-back spot located inside a Target. The service was efficient and friendly. Due to the pandemic, there is no seating available. The caramel frappuccino is absolutely delicious, especially on a hot day. It features caramel blended with ice, coffee, milk, and a generous amount of whipped cream. The whipped cream is layered, creating two distinct layers of cream! On top, they add crunchy caramel and even more caramel sauce. With all that caramel, it’s quite sweet. The first time I tried it, I felt like I was truly indulging!
