Taco Bell - Anniston

Better this time. I ordered 12 pack soft Tacos and instead got the Hardshell Tacos. I called the restaurant manager, said the next time you get your reception and we will replace it. I was on October 11th. I made 12 packs of tacos fresh from the manager. She even apologized for the mistake.

Taco Bell is one thing that my children will agree on. Our order is always accurate and the service is good.

WORST customer service of any place I have ever ordered food from. Usually I have a difficult order because I have children but to be talked to rudely on the speaker and then have someone in the background holler oh my God when I had to change something on my order I have never drove off from a drive through order after ordering but today I did just that and took my money to McDonalds down the road. I will never be eating there again I will drive all the way to another town to get taco bell before I buy food there.

Nothing against this particular Taco Bell Taco bell in general has just fallen so far. Where's the real cheese? I like cheese sauce , but I want to taste real cheese on my mexican American food. Why so stingy with meat? Many of the items have barely anything on them ? Bring back Dell Taco please!!!

I am in the regular a great fan of taco bell and often find me pleasing. but the last few paintings I was here, their drive-thru service was pretty bad and very slow. I am not sure if they have problems with the personal, but every time they have recently visited, wait a very long time for a place that should be considered to be fast eating. But I will still find myself here because eating is still good and destined is worth it! I hope they will improve soon.
