Mcdonald's - Anniston

I had my granddaughter and she wanted a happy meal. Since it was rainy, I decided to go through the thru drive for her food. I get it and go to the red light and decided to open it and check it. It had no toys in it. I'm going back to McDonald's and I have to get out and get them out in the rain and go in to tell them about it. I get the toy that should be in it first and not apology at all. This is terrible service.

The service was excellent, but the icing on the cake was when the manager brought me my food personally. She was, gracious, very pleasant and very humble. This good old southern charm and hospitality reminded me of how the ATL was about 30 years ago.

It's McDonalds. Lol, what can I say? If you were one, you were all.

Loved it, I enjoy seeing their beautiful eyes, cause I can't see their beautiful faces hidden behind the mask. But its all good with the wonderful hospitality and lovely atmosphere.

The last 2 trips to this McDonald's have been amazing, fries were hot and perfect both times, have had bad experiences here in the past with rude staffing but they are much better now
