Seafood Palace Buffet - Annapolis

I tried this place out and regret it. For it to be called 'seafood ' palace, there is not a lot of choice for seafood. Maybe its because I went at lunch time, but I will not be coming back to try dinner. Things were decent until I tried the 'crab cake ' , I have a fish allergy that includes imitation crab, and there was no indication of the crab cake having imitation crabmeat inside, causing me to have a mild allergic reaction. Lucky for me I was able to treat it, but they should really have noted something.

Best option near Annapolis if you don't want to cook on a holiday or when guests with different tastes visit. Good quality, not overly salted or oily, sushi options surprisingly better than most similar area buffets. Good value for the price. Wait staff are attentive and prompt. Been here a few times. Always clean; buffet trays kept full. On Christmas, we enjoyed good quality ham and roast beef, as well as the normal Asian treats.

This is everything you could want from a large buffet!The service was attentive and friendly.The atmosphere is typical for this kind of place lots of tables and clean.A great variety of food seafood, Chinese food, fresh fruit (the mango and watermelon were delicious and so fresh), hibachi station, salad bar, sushi, and some American comfort food for those less adventurous/kids (meatloaf, Mac and cheese, beef stew, prime rib, sweet potatoes).5 stars for the selection and the price. There is a senior discount for those over 60.

You cannot beat the wide selection and abundance of food here for $12 per lunch, including tax and drink. A great value.
