Naval Academy 1845 Coffee-gatehouse

Amelia was amazing! I had the Hummus court and recommend it very much. Great proportions, lots of taste. We enjoyed raspberry sorbet for dessert. Couldn't have been a better meal!

Wow, just went here for the first time and loved it! Huevos Rancheros was the BEST! Friendly, family like service. I say outside along a quite street. Reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back.

Very cozy setting, with great Navy themed art and displays such as ship models, lithographs and paintings. Food is top notch and the wine selection is adequate. The only two downsides are the handicap elevator is not user operated and requires the manager to come outside with a key (meaning someone has to go down the stairs and request elevator service first), and the very friendly staff are overwhelmed. The latter may just be the result of a Friday night crush or a missing member, but they were working really, really hard.
