Joss Café Sushi - Annapolis

I've Loved Joss' for a long time but hadn't gone for a while before tonight. Upon return the food and presentation were better than ever some of the best in Annapolis or that I'ver ever had and the service was as fantastic as ever. I highly, highly recommend Joss'

Joss is by far my ever favorite restaurant. It serves the best and freshest fish I have experienced over the years in numerous Japanese restaurants. Some of my favorites on the menu are the FF caviar, the spicy tuna hand rolls, the rainbow roll, the crispy ebi shrimp roll and the unagi. Also, for the appetizers, I recommend the garlic tofu, the maguro poke and the spring rolls.

We love the sushi, nice atmosphere and amazing staff.

Nice environment, sushi rolls delicious and fresh, love the Kirin Ichiban on draft. Very friendly and professional staff.
