Bidrage med feedbackGolden dragon is my favorite Chinese place in annapolis. so far I had solitary chicken, general chicken and garnelen lo mine. every time everything was so good and I never had a problem with pickup or doordash. I am now a true customer!
I was conducting a side job and was in the mood for Chinese so this was the most random place I chose to go and got crispy beef and it was the best I've ever had all the food I ordered was amazing
Shoot me, but I love their Egg Foo Yung and Fried Rice. Fried chicken wasn't for me. No breading.
Not bad, definitely different. A door dash order for one without extras (one entree) $34.99 but these types of establishments always have a two meal portion size, so if you look at it that way the price was doable. I was not blown away by the schzuen pork mostly because it was thick sliced style very similar to a pork chop. Not tender at all but the flavor was good. I highly doubt I will ever eat from this restaurant again because I live about 12 hours away, but if I find myself in the area again I could see liking something different. With any restaurant, try it twice. We are all human and make mistakes, the first negative experience shouldn't be an instant non-return and this was definitely not negative.
I got my first order from here through door dash. Order was correct and came fresh and hot. The flavor of the dishes were great but it was executed a bit poorly. I got house lo mein, which was good, but really salty. I also ordered crispy beef, which was good although not crispy or spicy at all (I asked for medium heat), but the sauce it was in had entirely too much corn starch in it. The food was hot but the sauce was gelled like it was cold. I had to scrape most of it off to eat any of the dish. It was probably a mistake by the cook but I went order it again. I also got the egg rolls, vegetable spring rolls and the Shanghai rolls. I'll only order the Shanghai rolls again. They were all okay but I preferred the flavor of the Shanghai, which were basically the veg spring rolls but with shrimp added. The egg rolls were just cabbage with one or two tiny salad size shrimp in them and the egg rolls were big, so it was disappointing. I like the food from the Canton better, even though it's a different type of food (Cantonese).
