Pokeworks - Annandale

Great product but terrible customer service. I wouldn’t order delivery from here as it’s inconsistent. There’s been multiple times that I order directly from their app or Door Dash. It takes about an hour wait but then 10 mins before it’s supposed to arrive the order is cancelled. No one answers the phone. There is an operator that says they aren’t accepting phone calls. Also, I’ve ordered 2-3 bowls and only received 1 bowl.

The food hall this place is located in is fantastic. The food at pokeworks is always good. The new lobster bowls are fantastic.
