Pizzeria Milano - Annaberg-Buchholz

It was more often with you and always like to come back. Super friendly and friendly staff. Food tastes, drinks anyway and the prices are great. My children and I love it with you!

We stayed at the Milano in the evening. The store was very well visited. It is definitely recommended to book. The pizzas were delicious and well covered. The Espressi hot. Overall a top price-performance ratio. The service was awakened and simply radiated good mood without being intrusive. Great!

Despite the prospective nature of owners as they react to reviews, I still decided to make a review. In view of the rather positive reviews, I decided to test this one. Unfortunately, no one was reachable by telephone and this was repeated attempts. Very bad. Therefore, I have dared an attempt to feed on site, which has not been paid out, because my expectations were definitely not fulfilled. The spaghetti did not taste me, because they were not al dente and the tomato sauce was more liquid from consistency. The portion was also not that big, as I can agree with the reviews that address the small portion size. The staff was unfriendly, which a pizza baker was even extremely arrogant. This was absolutely not nice and is simply not for professional hosts. Rarely experienced such unfriendly people. As a lover of Italian cuisine, after this visit I was very disappointed here compared to many other Italian restaurants, of which I am always used to friendliness. The friendly light Italian style was not found here, which is perhaps because it is not an original Italian restaurant. Very bad. Furthermore, I find the treses where alcohol is consumed (on a pizza oven next to the entrance) strange. That doesn't give the shop a good impression. Does not work invitingly. So if I come back to the area and want to eat italian, I'll visit other places. I can't get here anymore.

Wanted to spend a nice evening with my husband. They were disappointed. Come out of the industry and have not experienced this yet. Our expectations were not met. He ordered Schnitzel, which turned out to be the fried TK meat. I can't! The lasagna also seemed rather sparse. Drinks are overpriced. Atmosphere equal to zero, privacy was not given at all, as a table stands on the other. Toilets are not accessible to disabled people, because only a staircase can be reached very poorly. Service worked professionally incompetent and overwhelmed, which, due to the size of the restaurant, is really creepy. It's definitely not big. The younger pizza baker cannot be surpassed in arrogance. Such a bad service to the guest is not possible. Don't come back.

Was there with some friends. We didn't like it! It was very uncomfortable and the pizzas were not chess, and also relatively small. The salami tasted weird. It doesn't use anything if the pizza is relatively cheap. It's bad. Drinks were too expensive. The operators have not acted professionally, especially the younger waiter was not professional. Let's not be so great. Also to other guests, the staff has not acted appropriately, partly even very muffy and especially extremely arrogant. We found that very cheeky and were then disappointed, as we were out of a nice hostage. The tables are very close together and so it was very uncomfortable. There was no nice mood at all. So if we want to eat pizza, we certainly don't come here anymore, because we know much better pizzerias and especially much more friendly people. Here never again!!!
