Bidrage med feedbackThis is my go-to for good brunch in A2. I love to have business meetings here and everyone I bring in loves it too. The menu is delicious and has good variety. The coffee drinks are also excellent and the ambiance is really nice with beautiful and modern decor.
Quite cute breakfast restaurant where you see a lot of traffic from U of M student. The menu provides a selection.
I loved the inside of this Cafe, and the food was great! Portions sizes were large and very worth the price. I'll be going back for sure-it just gets very busy, so I went early and there was no line :
So, I hit up this brunch spot, and honestly, it was not bad. The place had some good vibes with its Instagram-worthy decor and great food options. The menu was basic, with the usual suspects like eggs and pancakes. The food? Average at best. Nothing to write more about, but it didn't totally bomb either. The ambiance was solid, but it was kind of noisy since it was always crowded. If you're into aesthetically pleasing brunch pics for your social media, this place is alright. But if you're all about data-driven decisions, maybe look elsewhere. Brunch is about more than just looks; it's about flavor, and this place was just lacking that spark.
Do not let the line scare you!! Stray Hen is amazing. I waited approximately 30 to 35 minutes in line to try this place and I do not regret it. The food came out of the kitchen very fast. I think I only waited 5 to 10 minutes once I sat down.I got the Southwest Breakfast bowl, a cinnamon roll, a latte, and an orange juice. The southwest bowl was great. All the veggies were really fresh and the eggs were cooked wonderfully. The cinnamon roll and latte were exactly what you would expect. Now I don't know if stray hen bottles their own OJ and or purchases already bottled OJ and slaps their logo on it but it was the FRESHEST bottled OJ I have ever had.I will definitely be back. Watching the servers carry out all the French toasts, waffles, and pancakes was extremely tempting. Definitely trying those next time
