Carson's American Bistro - Ann Arbor

Home away from home. Above average bistro food; awesome service.

This restaurant is definitiw a four-star if not a five-star, but the server whose name was coleman, I think has an excellent work and should consider as an asset for the company. we are not out of the opposite, so I don't know if we will visit this place frequently, but if we are in the opposite of ann arbor, we will definitely come back and ask coleman. atmosphere is great. the food was excellent and the coworkers who welcomed us also did a great work. all about a great place hope other people see this review and visit

Was at this facility for dinner reservations on Mother's Day 2022. eating was delicious, with proper portions and not the American oversized portions. the waitress was very attentive and accommodating with the food needs of the tables. the atmosphere and the ambiente have a familial feeling with a light hauch of romanticism. the decoration had an old but ageless feeling for it. my family and I stayed much longer than expected after I had finished our meal, but never felt rushed to leave the waitress or the staff, although the facility was closed. this restaurant would in any case apply again. Oh, and they offer a full cash, but I couldn't get through a cleaning that I did at the time we visited.

I enjoyed my pecan encrusted huhn entrée, served with delicious smashed kartoffels and vegetables. the corn cahowder was excellent, and I shared a side of Mac cheese that was very creamy with a crispy bacon topping. the cocktails they pour are quite solid; check out the old fashion, or if available, the smoke infused manhattan. there are so many good things here that fall into the comfort category. rippt the above Mac cheese, fish and chips, and of course the burgers and fries. so there is something for almost every taste. the service is quite good here. I recommend this as a place to check, especially if they are looking to get away from the city of ann arbor offers.

We went after cars american bistro for a rehearsal. that was great. the server were able to work with the people in our party who had allergies. I really enjoyed the salmon. my wife and I have never been here, but really enjoyed the evening.
