Bidrage med feedbackPretty mid experience. First time here but won’t be back. The person who ended up seating us outside was really nice, but our server was incredibly short and cold. The chicken tikka marsala wasn’t anything to write home about, and neither was the kahari goat (which is unfortunate- always excited to see goat on menus). The meat and veg are chopped into huge pieces, which isn’t the end of the world, but the dishes would have worked a bit better if they were more finely chopped (though that may just be preference). Food is a bit overpriced for what you get in my opinion.
Their samosa is served with 2 sauces, and they are really nice companions! Lamb Saag also awesome! I tried the medium level of spices and it went very well. For the spices they have options: Mild, Medium, or Spicy

I normally write really long reviews, but I'm not going to. I don't really need to, as this place was amazing! It was super busy and despite that, we got really great service. The atmosphere was amazing, and the food was absolutely to die for. We could taste that the hard work, and perfectly spiced dishes were a labour's of love! I will definitely come back again, and again, and again.... I even got the owner/chef's autograph!
Today, I met my old family friends at the Cardamom Restaurant on Plymouth Road. We arrived around 7:45 PM and were quickly seated. We started with Vegetable Samosa and Vegetable Pakora, both tasty but slightly oily. For our main course, we had Onion Kulcha, Garlic Naan, Palak Paneer, and Vegetable Korma. The onion kulchas and palak paneer were particularly delicious. We ended with masala chai. The service was good, and we had a peaceful, unrushed evening catching up. I highly recommend this place.
