Bidrage med feedbackThere is an elegant restraint upstairs that I did not visit. The downstairs café had the best food I found on the island. The food is good and cheap. The wait staff is courteous and efficient. We didn't find a lot of good places to eat on the island so we returned to this one a few times.
As a vegetarian, I was recommended QB. It was a short walk from my hotel. They have a food court, which is not to be confused with an American food court, but a casual sit down eatery. Upstairs, they have a more upscale restaurant. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. The organic leaves of my salad were freshly picked. I will definitely go again.
On the recommendations of others, a friend and I went to Q.B. for dinner while staying in Angra. We opted for the ground floor food court (the name is deceptive as it 's not as casual or junky as a food court might suggest) rather than the more upscale and pricier upstairs restaurant. The menu was quite diverse, ranging from sandwiches to salads to pizzas to snacks like sweet potato fries. The pizza I ordered was delicious, and my friend 's sandwich was equally enjoyable. We opted for one of their many desserts to finish, as well as coffee. Quite reasonably priced!
The dinner was delicious and they had lots of healthy choices. The kids really like the food there. It was only about a 15 minute walk from the hotel we were staying at. You could eat and the cafeteria style or the regular restaurant.
We had one of the best meals ever at the upstairs fine dining restaurant. For a starter, I had the cheve cheese wrapped in filo and served with tomato jam and crunchy red cabbage. Oh my- delicious! I had the grouper entree and it was perfectly prepared with a delicate sauce and served with a crunchy green and mushrooms. If you visit Terceira, be sure and eat here. I'm a bit of a foodie and our meals were perfect.
