Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I found the food very good, but it was expensive. What my family and I wanted was out of reach. I understand that prices have risen for everyone. We just ordered the #1. Zaxbys will be a place we visit for a contract, not to go regularly.

Your food is decent. However, it would be difficult to find a polite person there. Every time I go, either on the drive thru or inside, the staff seems like they hate their job. You are basically just there to dance buttons on the register and shout out your name so you can grab your food and leave it alone.

The young lady who ran the window today was out of him I was there at a slow time. I said... She said here u go I answered, I hope you have a better day... she said. I'm sorry I didn't hear... I'm sure you don't look so much at the sky. Good help is hard to find. I understand, but the basic goodness seems to be lost.. sad

Went through the drive through a few minutes before 12pm today, the girl that took our order wasn’t friendly at all. We are older adults who sometimes need extra patience from these young workers, and I was so disappointed at how rude she was. We get home and our chicken wasn’t completely cooked, one of my chicken fingers was like rubber, and tasted raw. Needless to say it made me sick to my stomach. Please people check your food to make sure it’s done. Today was our last trip to this Zaxbys. I will say I’ve never had a problem with the one on Clemson Blvd..

This Zaxbys never even surprises me when they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. I’m always friendly and reiterate my order to make sure they got it. It doesn’t matter if it’s on their screen, they don’t really care. I asked for the signature sandwich club which comes with everything on it and there was one pickle… no tomato or cheese.. and no sauce, when I asked her she said it was in the bag and it wasn’t but I just took her word for it. The last time I went I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich meal and there was only one piece of bread.. that’s not a sandwich. 0/5 stars.
