Wendy's - Anderson

The food was great. Was a little slow but give them credit as I’m sure like many places staffing issues exist. If we have to sacrifice something I’ll take longer wait over sloppily made food any day.

Wendy's has my favorite fast-food sandwich, the baconator. Recommended to all, try one,you will be glad you did.

Nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, service was extremely lukewarm and eating was cold, I don’t say I don’t return to wendy’s, but I can assure them that I don’t return to this.

This wendy is about the corner from where I live. I was there several times in the last months, again because it is comfortable. every time I go a little wrong, either the order, the credit card machine does not work or they are out of something. I understand the problems of the supply chain and the same. getting an order wrong when read back is not okay. this past time ordered eating with my partner, would have checked the bag, got home and found that we missed a 10 piece nugget, almost without the middle frost, but caught. no ice in the drinks, no sauce that was requested. every time we go, it's full of high school kids hanging with several employees too. I understand if you're friends working there, but the job comes first. I will not be back to this place as soon as I meet at the other place of scatterfield at the other place.

On Thursday before 9 o'clock. we ordered food for two people and were asked to park on a parking lot to wait for our food (no big thing). a few minutes later, another car was parked next to us and waited for the same. they bring out the eating of the other car and they had to ask them what their drink order was, what I found strange. after 17 minutes waiting time, a participant finally comes into our car and asks what we had ordered. I found it strange that they didn't know. After waiting for more than 20 minutes (and watching them serve at least 10 other customers) we finally got our food. they gave us a free frosty for our effort, which I thought was a nice one. the pommes were lukewarm and soggy, but the sandwiches were good. the limonade was half an egg and tasted more like lemon water. we have never gotten a threat. all in all no positive experience and it is my second negative experience at wendy’s in a row (different memory). I loved wendys, but it doesn't seem to be the place it used to be.
