Sonic Drive-in - Anderson

The Oreo milkshake I ordered at this point in Anderson SC was fresh, thick and tasty. The gentleman on the ride was pleasant and nice.

Eating was pretty good, burger something too fat for my taste, but not bad. Friends were pretty good too. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Another good experience and will be back one day. Their shakes and smoothies are great, they definitely bring this to a 4-star experience!

I like Sonics food. That was no exception. The food was delicious. We didn't have to wait too long. The employee was friendly. They gave us the wrong size, but they really charged us what they brought us.

Ordered a small Snickers radiation. Shield by car said it was $3,9 without taxes when we got it the price was $4,73 with taxes. We ask why and he said they were $4.39 plus tax. The article was very good, but the signage should be updated! That could have caused a real problem for someone who counted on the right price.

Worse Sonic I've ever been to. We parked car and sat at the little tables out front.. Person that took my order sounded really rude over intercom. Wait time on food was a little long but not too bad BUT we did see other customers sitting at their car stations waiting FOREVER on their food to the point that they got out and went up to the employees kitchen to see what was going on (multiple customers did this). Trash cans out front were overflowing with trash and we couldn't even throw our stuff away when done. We went fairly early for lunch time so it had to be from the night before. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING!! My 11 year old daughter went in and came right back out. She refused to use them. Food was okay. Order was correct. They definitely need some pointers on customer service and cleanliness.
