I had a gift card that had been bought back one. I'm a diabetic so I can't eat very often. I wanted to get donuts. they told me my gift card was no longer good because they changed the system. I was told it happened to another customer on the same day. that's not nice or good. Maybe it's a way for the owner to earn extra money.

Always fresh and delicious. Very friendly counter help. My only local donut store.

This is such a great location. They always have a great selection of some the best donuts. The service has always been very pleasant. My wife's favorite is the maple nut roll and mine is the iced jelly filled! They change up their daily special selections to keep the menu interesting. The shop is always clean and they keep their donut cases clean and presentable.

When I’m looking for a donut, no other place comes to mind but Jack’s. And I was so lucky to try their new Gravy Donut and YUM!!!!!!!!! This Southern born girl felt at home with that yummy gravy!!!!
