Took 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Tables were dirty. Food was not great

Super friendly employees, and never gone wrong with any and all the orders I have placed in this specific location. Keep up the amazing work, and the people will continue to come. Firehouse always good subs. The e.ploees here are very friendly and do a great job.

We arrived at 8:30pm. Placed our order. Was eating our meal and at 9:00 the young lady behind the counter told us and another family that they were closed. One of the gentleman from the other family said, what you want us to leave? The young lady said yes because she wants to get off work. That was absolutely so rude to their customers.

1-20-24...3:21pm.......very rude and inattentive cashier.....all employees were cutting up and using the F-word to each other...it was very uncomfortable. There was one other person eating inside as I was ..... the floor and dining area was filthy, the young lady waiting on me seem to have no interest in waiting on anyone...another young lady who looked enough like the cashier to Be her sister maybe she was) was sitting on the counter playing around. This place has really gone down.
